2 Conscious Competence- is aware of the tendency to be a screwup, but does the right thing after thinking about it;
3 Conscious Incompetence - is aware of actually being a screwup, and knows a lack of understanding exists;
4 Unconscious Incompetence - is a FIRST CLASS SCREWUP and doesn’t even know it!
